Terms and Conditions
An Independent Agent of Outside Agents

Effective Date: February 26, 2026

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking travel with Happy Wander Travel, LLC (“the Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the client (“you” or “traveler”) agrees to be bound by these terms.

Happy Wander Travel, LLC is an independently owned and operated travel business that operates as an independent agent affiliated with OutsideAgents.com, a registered host travel agency.

1. Agency Role

Happy Wander Travel, LLC acts solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between you and the third-party travel suppliers (e.g., cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators). While we operate under the umbrella of OutsideAgents.com as our host agency, all client interactions, bookings, and support are handled directly by us as your travel advisor.

We do not operate or control the services provided by suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.

2. Payments and Booking

  • All payments are processed directly by the travel supplier. Happy Wander Travel, LLC and OutsideAgents.com do not collect or retain client funds.
  • We assist in facilitating your payment to the supplier, but the charge on your statement will be from the supplier, not our agency.
  • Required Form of Payment: In accordance with supplier and host agency (OutsideAgents.com) requirements, bookings facilitated by Happy Wander Travel, LLC must be secured using a valid major credit card accepted by the travel supplier.
  • By providing your payment information, you authorize Happy Wander Travel, LLC to transmit your approved payment details to the travel supplier solely for the purpose of completing your reservation.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure sufficient available credit and accurate payment information at the time payment is submitted. Happy Wander Travel, LLC is not responsible for declined transactions or supplier cancellations resulting from payment issues.
  • Bookings are subject to the supplier’s availability, pricing, and payment terms at the time of confirmation.
  • Agency Final Payment Policy: To protect against miscommunication, declined transactions, or processing delays, Happy Wander Travel, LLC requires that all client final payments be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the supplier’s published final payment deadline. This policy helps ensure your reservation remains in good standing with the supplier.
  • Failure to provide timely payment may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation by the supplier and the application of any applicable supplier penalties or fees.

3. Pricing, Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • All pricing, cancellation penalties, change policies, and refund procedures are determined by the supplier and are outside our control.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the supplier’s Terms and Conditions, which will be provided to you before finalizing your booking.
  • Happy Wander Travel, LLC and OutsideAgents.com are not responsible for any losses or fees due to changes, delays, cancellations, or denial of refunds by suppliers.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate legal names, birthdates, passport information, and other necessary data at the time of booking.
  • Reviewing all documentation (invoices, confirmations, itineraries, tickets) upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies.
  • Understanding and complying with all entry requirements, including passports, visas, health declarations, and vaccinations, for all destinations.
  • Arriving on time for all transportation services and complying with supplier policies.

5. Travel Insurance

Happy Wander Travel, LLC strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, interruptions, medical expenses, and other unforeseen events.

If you choose to decline insurance, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any loss or expense incurred. Travel insurance options may also be presented by suppliers or third-party vendors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Happy Wander Travel, LLC and OutsideAgents.com are not liable for:

  • Acts, errors, omissions, or failures by any supplier
  • Changes to pricing, itineraries, or services made by a supplier
  • Personal injury, illness, property damage, delay, or other loss arising from supplier actions or force majeure events (e.g., weather, acts of God, political unrest, pandemics)
  • Missed connections, changes to travel requirements, or denied boarding due to incomplete travel documents

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, government restrictions, health emergencies, or airline/cruise line disruptions.

8. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify and obtain:

  • Valid government-issued photo identification
  • Passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates)
  • Visas and/or entry permits
  • Health documents, testing, or vaccination records

Failure to do so may result in denied boarding or entry, for which we are not responsible.

9. Supplier Terms and Conditions

Each supplier has its own separate Terms and Conditions which govern your booking and must be agreed to at the time of purchase. These will be provided to you prior to booking and should be reviewed carefully.

10. Host Agency (OutsideAgents.com)

Happy Wander Travel, LLC operates as an independent travel agency affiliated with OutsideAgents.com, a registered host agency. OutsideAgents.com provides backend systems, supplier access, and administrative support. However, all bookings, communications, client relationships, and liability are managed directly by Happy Wander Travel, LLC.

You acknowledge that any agreements, services, or transactions entered into are between you and Happy Wander Travel, LLC, and not with OutsideAgents.com.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Any disputes arising from services provided by Happy Wander Travel, LLC shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert County, State].

12. Acknowledgment

By confirming a booking through Happy Wander Travel, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as those of the individual suppliers.
